Guess every guy's prostate isn't exactly in the same spot, or requires different things to hit the right spot. In my case, I could use a little more thickness, and a little more forward bend in the toy to get me flowing. The peritoneal end isn't giving me enough pressure to do it's job. Does anybody make custom toys, or are there other manufacturers like from Germany/Asia with their versions of the same thing? It's good, but for me, not GREAT...
